We collect only the information you actively provide and the minimum required to operate the site:

  • Workshop registration data — attendee details required to issue tickets, confirmation, and EU AI Act compliance documentation.

  • Analytics — aggregated, non-identifying usage data to understand site performance.

3. Third-Party Processors

We rely on a small number of vetted processors to operate the site and program:

  • Hosting — Lovable (site hosting and delivery).
  • Analytics — a privacy-conscious analytics provider used to measure aggregate site traffic.
  • Scheduling — the scheduling tool powering "Schedule a Call" bookings.
  • Payments — a PCI-compliant payment processor used to accept seat reservations.

Each processor operates under its own data processing agreement.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (e.g. contact form submissions, analytics cookies), the performance of a contract (e.g. delivery of a booked workshop seat), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the program, in line with the GDPR.

Black Swan Ventures Group LLC is a U.S. entity operating workshops in Munich, Taipei, Singapore, and New York. Personal data may therefore be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions.
