These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aiexecutive.one and your attendance at any AI Executive Workshop event operated by Black Swan Ventures Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or reserving a seat, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site, submitting a form, or reserving a seat you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Description
We operate the AI Executive Workshop, an in-person executive workshop series delivered in multiple cities. Services include seat reservations, delivery of the workshop agenda and materials, post-event Q&A access (for eligible tiers), and issuance of EU AI Act Article 4 compliance documentation and certification.
3. Payment Terms
Seat reservations are confirmed on payment. Pricing follows the tier structure published on the site at the time of reservation (Early Bird, Presale, Standard). Payment is due in full at the time of reservation unless a specific written arrangement has been made.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If we reschedule or relocate a workshop, seat holders will be offered the equivalent seat at the new date or an alternative upcoming date. If a seat holder cannot attend, they may transfer their seat to a colleague of equivalent seniority with written notice at least seven (7) days before the event. Any refund policy, if applicable, is communicated in writing at the time of reservation.
5. Intellectual Property
All workshop curriculum, slides, blueprints, frameworks, recordings, branding, and certification content are owned by Black Swan Ventures Group LLC. Attendees may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or resell workshop content in whole or in part without prior written consent.
6. Results Disclaimer
Attendance at the workshop and receipt of any certification do not guarantee specific business, career, financial, or AI-implementation outcomes. Results depend on your own execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the workshop is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable seat. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Sheridan, Wyoming, under the rules of a recognised arbitration body, in the English language. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
